Priscilla Chism formed Health Solutions in 1991 following years in for-profit and nonprofit medical services. Her training in psychiatric social work underlies the firm’s acumen in listening to client and candidate needs. She managed a national physician search department for a publicly traded company, recruiting more than 100 physicians for its practice opportunities nationwide. Priscilla then successfully developed a major regional market for a well-established retained physician search firm prior to founding Health Solutions.
